J & R Investments was founded by Joel Flachs in July 2001 to acquire and manage a variety of commercial property types. Prior to forming J & R Investments, Joel Flachs was a Director of the Investment Services Group for Colliers L & A, the regional affiliate of Colliers International.

J & R Investments, Inc. is a licensed real estate broker in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and a Broker-Appraiser in Pennsylvania.

J & R Investments is involved in numerous other projects including the representation of landlords throughout the region for whom the company provides leasing, sales and management. J & R Investments also represents retail and commercial clients for their space needs.

J & R Investments was a founding member of the Site Source Retail Network. Site Source Retail Network is an organization created to enable its members to better serve their national and regional retail clients and represents interests in over 20 states.

J & R Investments is available for acquisitions, tenant representation, investment and commercial brokerage and consultation.
